I became a therapist to help people find strength and clarity when life feels overwhelming. My work centers around supporting clients who want to better understand themselves, navigate transitions, and build more balanced, meaningful lives.

My background includes training in CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting, and I bring years of experience working with clients who are figuring out adulthood, boundaries, and purpose.

Outside of sessions, I value creativity, mindfulness, and authentic connection—and I bring those same values into the therapy space. My approach is both evidence-based and deeply personal, grounded in compassion and collaboration.

What to Expect

Therapy is a collaborative process. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns, and build tools to help you cope and grow.

Some sessions are structured and skills-based, while others are reflective and exploratory. You set the pace.

Therapeutic Approach

My style is a mix of warmth, curiosity, and practical tools. I pull from several evidence-based approaches to meet your specific needs.

Every client is different, so your therapy experience will be uniquely yours. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered—without all the clinical jargon.

The best way to find out if we're a good fit is to connect for a free consultation. You’ll get a feel for my style, ask questions, and decide if it feels right. There’s no pressure to commit.

Yes! Online therapy and phone therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for most people. It’s flexible, accessible, and allows you to be in your own environment—which can make it easier to open up.

Brainspotting is a focused therapy that helps your brain and body release stored emotional pain. It’s especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, and stress when talking alone isn’t enough. Many clients describe it as deeply calming and freeing.

I’m an out-of-network provider, but I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (depending on your plan). I’ll help you with the steps if needed.

Yes! I offer brief therapy, ongoing sessions, and Walk & Talk phone therapy for those who want movement and reflection together. Therapy doesn’t have to look just one way.
