Can I use insurance or get reimbursed?

I’m an out-of-network provider, but I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (depending on your plan). I’ll help you with the steps if needed.

Do you offer short-term or flexible therapy options?

Yes! I offer brief therapy, ongoing sessions, and Walk & Talk phone therapy for those who want movement and reflection together. Therapy doesn’t have to look just one way. You get to determine the frequency and duration of your therapy journey, although I can help you decide what may work best based on your goals.

Is virtual therapy really effective?

Yes! Online therapy and phone therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for most people. It’s flexible, accessible, and allows you to be in your own environment—which can make it easier to open up.

How do I know if I'm ready for therapy?

Are you in emotional, mental or relational pain or distress? Do you want to feel better? Are you willing to meet regularly, look honestly at your problems, and try out new ways to be in your life or relationships?
