All sessions are held online or via phone, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable—your home, car, favorite walking place, or a quiet outdoor space.


You can choose:

  • 30-minute sessions — ideal for Solution Focused Brief Therapy, focused check-ins, and maintenance sessions.
  • 50-minute sessions — for deeper exploration and processing.
  • A mixture of 30 & 50-minute sessions.
